My grade eleven English teacher would be proud.

You’re Prufrock and Other Observations!

by T.S. Eliot

Though you are very short and often overshadowed, your voice is poetic and lyrical. Dark and brooding, you see the world as a hopeless effort of people trying to impress other people. Though you make reference to almost everything, you’ve really heard enough about Michelangelo. You measure out your life with coffee spoons.

    Dark and brooding…that’s so you!

  2. Mrs. Micah says:

Lol. Well, I love Prufrock. Can recite portions. And I love you. Can recite portions. Yep, that works…it’s not syllogistic or anything.

  3. Christine says:

We studied Prufrock in grade eleven during a poetry unit. When we were picking our essay topics, Mr. Harding asked if I had chosen anything yet. I said no. He then announced to the class entire that I had “dropped the gauntlet” and decided to analyse Prufrock, and did anyone want to challenge me?

    I, also, can recite portions.
